Job Description:

The Primary function of the Security Awareness Campaign Manager is to enable a comprehensive approach through an understanding of security best practices, psychology, and focus on user behaviour and behaviour modification. You as a campaign manager will be responsible for leading various security awareness programs for multiple clients in South Africa.

Responsibilities:

As a Security Awareness Campaign Manager, we will expect you to:

  • Develop, deliver and promote a Security Awareness program for multiple clients.
  • Manage technical resources, troubleshooting and rollout challenges, escalate any issues quickly to vendor support.
  • Minute, track and document all activities, this will be necessary for monthly, quarterly & annual client reporting.
  • Delivering targeted security awareness content for different audiences (e.g. IT staff, high risk business areas, executives).
  • Keep abreast of internal and external threats, trends and technologies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities effectively and deliver appropriate value.
  • Plan and coordinate activities and events with the Group Security Officers.
  • Kick off and drive projects, specific initiatives and overall program.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma/NQF level 4/5 in graphic design or visual communication.
  • Design requirements: Design the relevant communication materials e.g. (infographics, newsletters, mailers, screensavers etc). This will be designed according to your client’s corporate identity and specifications.
    - Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client’s needs and vision.
    - Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
    - Editing proofs to client’s specifications and getting signoff/approval before finalising artwork.
  • Experience / Exposure to Security Awareness & Knowbe4 Product – added advantage.
  • Must have good communication skills, verbally, telephonic and written.
  • Must be efficient in administration skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Self-motivated and committed to offering a professional service of the highest standard.
  • Strong planning and customer interaction skills.
  • Delivery within specified Service Level Agreements.
  • Ability to work independently, but as well as work in a team structure.
