As Group President and Executive Director of CYBER1, Robert Brown has been at the forefront of the cyber security industry for the last three decades. Robert has founded several companies across the EMEA regions and built them into flagship businesses. His lively personality and considerable energy are the driving force behind every aspect of the business. Robert possesses a unique insight into customer requirements and is a leading expert in the development and implementation of Cyber Security strategy. Rob has also been a Member of Intel’s Securities EMEA partner advisory council since its inception.

Rob’s involvement with CYBER1 originated from the acquisition of three of his successful business, which remain today as CYBER1 Solutions South Africa, CYBER1 Solutions Kenya and Trinexia Middle East. Having founded another two additional cyber security business that have joined the CYBER1 group of companies (Trinexia Africa and South Africa), Rob has been hugely successful in identifying market gaps and understanding where global vendors can make significant impact to clients. Rob works closely with the C-Level and Managing Directors of the CYBER1 Group, driving the strategic approach based on new and emerging trends. As a founder of the collective companies, his strong understanding of how our businesses operate, combined with his industry knowledge and ability to identify future attack threats, means CYBER1 is well positioned to implement effective cyber security measures across a wide range of private and public organizations.

In addition to his duties as Group President and Executive Director, Rob also sits on the CYBER1 Finance Subcommittee, responsible for expansion opportunities and financial analysis, to drive commercial decisions for the business.
