Maud Motanyane-Welch has served on a range of company boards, including listed entities and NGOs, and brings with her a wealth of experience in governance, transformation, and sustainability. Motanyane-Welch brings true leadership to CYBER1 Solutions Human Capital strategy, ensuring the efficient and effective management of people throughout the organisation. Her role as an executive director of Human Capital includes setting policies and guidelines for workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, retention, and overall talent management. Moreover, Motanyane-Welch is responsible for driving the company’s transformation agenda and is the main force behind CYBER1 Solutions’ employment equity programme.
